Working with the school’s learning management systems to transition various HBA and MSc courses to online learning in response to COVID-19.

Sole developer of a cap and trade emissions trading web simulation; used as a teaching point in a core course. Promotes experiential learning with a live simulation, real-time trading, user management functionality, and analytics. Commended for depth of interactivity and effectiveness as a remote learning activity for students during COVID-19.

Conducted both primary and secondary research through surveys, focus groups and online resources. Diagnosed inefficiencies and pain points to develop a comprehensive plan including geographic expansion, new marketing mediums and improved training program.

Western Engineering Competition

Independently assembled a competition package comprised of a programming challenge and testing suite aimed at Western Engineering undergraduate students. Co-ordinated planning among other team leads and judges to successfully run the competition.

IBM
BLUEMIX PROJECT DEVELOPER
May 2017 - August 2017

Developed an internationally deployed web application to analyze and predict future utilization of IBM staff in the Bluemix department. Worked in collaboration with development and management teams across North America to create software that is tightly integrated with existing infrastructure. Won 1st place for developing a management application prototype for use by the IBM Employee Charitable Fund and commended by the CFO of IBM Canada.
